Hard Life – O2 Academy Bristol

There was a real sense of anticipation at Bristol’s O2 Academy on Wednesday night, as Hard Life played the second stop of their headline tour and the first venue to sell out. The band, formerly known as Easy Life, ceased performing under that name in 2023 after a legal dispute with easyGroup and returned in June 2024 under the new identity. For fans, this felt like both a fresh start and a long-awaited return.

Razorlight – O2 Guildhall Southampton

By the time Razorlight hit the stage for the first date of their Planet Nowhere tour, it felt like we were all greeting old friends. The band launched straight into their set with energy and enthusiasm. Though there wasn’t much conversation or banter between songs - allowing the music to speak for itself - the moments of excitement came in waves, particularly when they played their well known hits.
