Mongolian rock band The Hu announce UK and EU Tour

Acclaimed Mongolian rock band The HU are bringing their brand-new Black Thunder Tour to the UK and Europe later this year.
 
After returning with the single ‘This Is Mongol’ last month, The HU have announced a UK and European tour for 2022, starting in Oslo, Norway on 26th October, and finishing in London with a huge show at the Roundhouse on 9th December. Whilst in the UK the Black Thunder Tour will also visit Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Cardiff, Birmingham, Belfast , and Glasgow – full UK dates can be found below.

Previously debuting at #1 on the World Album and Top New Artist charts with their 2019 debut album The Gereg, the band are excited to start dropping new music for fans. In May, ahead of their second official studio album set for release later this year via Better Noise Music, The HU shared new track ‘This Is Mongol’ plus an epic official video – see below. Over the last several months The HU have been recording new material in their homeland of Mongolia and shared an update from the studio with fans on their YouTube channel.
 
Last year The HU were involved in Metallica’s Special 30th AnniversaryBlacklist Reissue Covers Project, for which they covered the legendary band’s ‘Through the Never’. They appeared on the track listing alongside some of the biggest names in music – Elton John, Miley Cyrus, Yo-Yo Ma, St. Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers, J Balvin with the Neptunes, Weezer and many more.

This Feeling By The Sea

After a triumphant debut event in 2023, the rock ‘n’ roll club night, record label and tastemakers This Feeling will bring their By The Sea festival back to Bridlington Spa for its second event which runs from September 6th-7th. This Feeling By The Sea 2024 will be headlined by The Royston Club (Friday) and The K’s (Saturday) alongside an A-Z of contemporary and rising indie and alternative talent. As with last year’s festival, every single artist on the bill has emerged via This Feeling shows held in grassroots venues across the UK.
