2000Trees Festival 2025 – Preview

A staple of the UK festival circuit, 2000Trees is well-known for blending rising talent with well-established acts, all set against the scenic backdrop of Upcote Farm near Cheltenham.

Since its debut in 2007, the festival has evolved from a modest grassroots event into one of the UK’s premier alternative music festivals. It boasts an impressive lineup that spans genres like punk, hardcore, emo, indie, and post-rock, while also emphasising sustainability, supporting independent businesses, and fostering a close-knit community feel.

Still independently operated, 2000Trees is curated by people passionate about music and the overall festival experience. It has built a strong reputation for spotlighting emerging artists alongside fan favourites.

The festival will wrap up on Saturday with a highly anticipated performance from one of the most requested acts in 2000Trees history: Canadian post-hardcore icons Alexisonfire.

Long-time festival favourite Frank Turner will make a much-anticipated return to 2000 Trees, performing a solo set of his critically acclaimed second album Love Ire & Song in its entirety on Friday night in the Forest. This promises to be a truly special evening, further solidifying his enduring legacy with the festival. In addition to the incredible music lineup, 2000Trees offers a wide range of exciting activities to keep festival-goers entertained throughout the weekend.
