After a storming 2022, Ezra Collective begin the new year in style by releasing their reinterpretation of the Fela Kuti track, "Lady". The six minute Afrobeat roller closely follows Ezra Collective's widely acclaimed new album, 'Where I’m Meant To Be', released in November on Partisan Records.

La Luz’s Shana Cleveland to release new album ‘Manzanita’
Songwriter, musician, visual artist and writer Shana Cleveland (La Luz) has announced the forthcoming release of a new solo album, Manzanita, on March 10 via Hardly Art Records. Today she shares the first peek of the LP via the orchestral pop single “Faces in the Firelight.” The song is addressed to both her son (written while he was in utero) and her life partner Will Sprott (Shannon and the Clams).
Avey Tare announces new album 7s
Avey Tare, the solo project of Animal Collective’s Dave Portner, will release his new album 7s on February 17 via Domino. Following three solo albums and one release under Avey Tare's Slasher Flicks, 7s was recorded with producer Adam McDaniel (Angel Olsen, Archers of Loaf) at Drop of Sun Studios in Portner’s hometown of Asheville, North Carolina, and he describes the album as “a dreamy surrealist landscape.” Avey Tare shares two new songs from 7s - “The Musical,” with a video by Ellie Thatcher, and “Hey Bog,” with a visualizer by Abby Portner.
